Refund policy

GPS units may be returned within 15 days of delivery date.  To qualify fro return:  Device must be unused and uninstalled.  Device must be in like-new condition and be in original packaging.  All original components and accessories included with no physical damage..  The following cannot be returned.  Installed or Hardwired devices,  Activated units with registered SIM/Service.  Devices with missing parts/accessories.  Custom-configured program units.  Clearance or Special order items.
